Our Program

The Little Kitchen program was developed by Linzy, a founder with a passion for food and kids, working towards her Bachelor of Consumer Science in Food and Nutrition, and with the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, Dietician and Pediatrician ensures that your child’s food journey is in good hands!

The Little Kitchen program has expanded and includes the following age groups:
  • Little Kitchen Babies ages 6 months + This program teaches parents/caregivers how to safely prepare food for your baby in a fun and exciting way.  This is an 8 week program whereby we explore food together with your baby, setting them up for a lifelong food journey.
  • Little Kitchen Kids ages 2 – 8 years.  This program works alongside the pre and primary school curriculum to include, not only basic kitchen skills but also fine motor skills, letter recognition, maths, art, science, problem solving and more.
  • Little Kitchen Tweens/teens ages 9-16 years This program gives tweens the independence and confidence to read recipes, problem solve, read a recipe, create dishes with pantry staples and learn to cook healthy, and delicious meals for themselves and their families.  We also teach some great “real life hacks”.
All our programs use equipment and ingredients that are perfect for the growing child, and, are offered as extra murals, group lessons of 5 and up, baker baker days,  individual lessons, parties, as well as virtual lessons.
You dream it and we can make it happen.
We are fully covid compliant and our instructors have been trained in food safety and hygiene.
